For my PSYC 562 - Advanced Human Factors mid-term project, I conducted a partial accessibility evaluation of the USDA's online WEPP Forest Road Predictor Tool using WCAG 2.2 Guidelines.

As an ergonomic consultant-in-training for PSYC 552 - Biomechanics and Ergonomics, I facilitated a remote workstation and workplace assessment for a supplies officer (client) from the Philippines. This project involved conducting multiple interview sessions to understand the client's responsibilities, tasks, constraints, and challenges.

As our final research project for PSYC 512 - Research Methods, my team conducted an online survey to examine how people's choices and decisions are influenced by framing of options.

This project demonstrates my design process for a single seamless online learning platform for University of Idaho students. Completed for PSYC 561 - Human-Computer Interaction, I researched user needs and proposed a solution for the online learning experience.

I led the user research and design of the Agent and Daily Trends Dashboards to help contact center managers and analysts be on top of valuable metrics without the need for manual reporting configurations.

As the Senior UX Designer at Webdam, I led the redesign of Webdam Core’s Search experience, delivering a consistent, performant, and platform-agnostic search service built on a new elastic search infrastructure.

I led the complete redesign of Vehere's marketing website, vehere.com, from 2020 to 2021. This project aimed to reflect the company's brand image as a global cybersecurity leader.
