 When a customer asks for the status or tracking information of their order or orders, look up their email address or the order number in the conversation.

  • If you don’t find any order or orders, ask the customer the following to locate the order:

    • order number

    • email address used to place the order

  • If you find an order or multiple orders compute creation date to determine which instructions you should follow by matching the inquiry with each example:
